Our Home Cleaning Services
We’ve broken our services down into three categories.
OPTION 1: Where we get - DOWN & DIRTY
First-time clients, or clients that haven’t had a professional clean in more than 4 x weeks, will begin their OCD (One-clean domestic) experience with the Down and Dirty deep clean. This includes the nitty gritty tasks that you probably don’t even notice (like wet wiping baseboards and ceiling fans).
OPTION 2: This is the regular domestic maintenance clean we call - KEEP IT CLEAN
Following the deep clean, clients can book our Keep It Clean maintenance service. With regular visits (weekly-fortnightly-monthly), we’ll focus on tasks like vacuuming and mopping, wiping down surfaces, dusting and generally tidying up. This service ensures you never end up on an episode of Hoarders.
OPTION 3: This is the -THE FRESH START
The Fresh Start service for pre and post-moving. Our services stop short at burning sage, but we can ensure the home feels ready and welcoming for its new occupants.

Relationships always work better when expectations are clear from the word 'go'. That's why we want you to be familiar with certain tasks or situations that can risk a Cleaning Specialist’s health and safety, or an item or space in your home. To keep everyone and everything safe, our Cleaning Specialists are not allowed to:
Use any harsh chemicals.
Clean infested properties (e.g. bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, etc.), or pest droppings
Use ladders higher than 3 steps
Handle feces/urine/vomit/bodily fluids from a pet or a human
Clean a home in which a contagious illness or excessive bodily fluids are present
Clean soot from fireplaces
Hand-wash clothing
Clean exterior windows
Steam clean carpets
Lift or move any items heavier than 10 kgs.
Clean in an area that is still under major construction and/or is not safe or without water or electricity, heat or air conditioning
Clean full ceilings and walls (aside from moldings)
Clean a home that has a severe mold or mildew problem
Clean a home with excessive clutter where it poses a danger to staff -If you need help with this at One-clean, we approach squalor and hoarding cleanup with unwavering kindness and compassion. So contact us.

A FEW QUICK CAVEATS:
Within Reach Rule – our staff will only clean surfaces that are within reach using a client-provided 2 or 3-step ladder. If the surface is not within reach, with or without a step ladder, we are unable to clean that surface or area.
We require clients to pull out heavy furniture/appliances for cleaning behind/under so that we can access that area safely. If you are unable to do this, we will clean the areas accessible only.
For laundry service Add-Ons, we can provide this service to homes with laundry appliances located on-site only.
Add-Ons
Fair Go Policy
Our flat rate services are results-based cleans and work under our Fair Go Policy. Unlike our hourly rate services, they don’t dependent on time limits. We just keep working down the checklist of tasks corresponding to the service you’ve booked (plus any extras you’ve selected), until everything’s been cleaned to our (VERY picky) standards.
We do give our Cleaning Specialist teams estimates of how long we think the job should take so they can plan their day. These are just a guidelines – we let your team work harder (and faster) if they’re able.
On the odd occasions our estimates prove incorrect, our Fair Go Policy will come into effect. We’ll clean up to 1 hour longer than our estimated time for the job, but if your home needs more time and work to get through our entire checklist to our satisfaction and yours, extra charges may apply. We’ll always get in touch with you to confirm any extra charges before proceeding either by phone or TXT.
Need a little extra work done? We're here for it. Any of the tasks in the Book Now can be added to your service one time or on a reoccurring basis. Simply select the task and frequency when booking online, advise the representative of your choices when booking.

How does it work?
Our hourly rate service is a time-based service so there is not a fixed list of what is and is not included. Our Cleaning Specialists will do as much as they can in the time that is booked and we can be 100% flexible with the work we do. The hourly rate service is perfect if you want specific areas of your house cleaned or your not sure which fixed price service would best suit your needs. Our Cleaning Specialists will always prioritise quality vs quantity unless requested otherwise. We strongly advise against our Hourly Rate service if you need an End of Lease Clean and our Satisfaction Guarantee will not apply.
